It was nice that I got a chance to make it to Toyotafest this year. I had to get my wagon up and running first then I wanted to change things up a little but then I ended up finding deals after deals all at one time. The weather was nice and breezy like always at the Queen Mary. In the morning I met up with Jason and Ian in Oceanside before we head to Long beach. I’m going to split the coverage into two parts since it’s a little too much for one post.
Our location was right next to where the cars enter and exit so we got there right on time before they closed the gates, plus we just had to pull in and our spot was right there.
Across from us were Celicas
This one caught my eye, I don’t really like this body style but this Celica was really clean.
Matrix’s. They were in the same category that my car is in “Newer Corolla/Matrix”
Beautiful Starlet.
Insane Hilux that was also there last year.
Blacktop swapped E7 Corolla.
Corona on Hoshino Impul’s
Passed by a few MR2’s.
Armands MR2 always looking pretty!
I didn’t expect to see another 7th gen corolla, especially with rare jdm parts!
I dropped by to visit the Sparkle Garage guys! When i made my way there I spotted kevin’s Cressida that just caught my eye….
Ceasar’s Cressida.
Charles cressida.
Marks Cressida. Last time I saw this car was when it was still automatic sitting in his backyard.
Irik’s Cressida.
Richards fresh bay!
Last but not least, Lloyd brought out both of his Cressida’s!
I’ve seen this car at a few events drifting, well I helped him and a few other guys push the car into the show.
Alot of Supras came out this year too!
I ran into my friend Dante who is also from San diego! Here’s a pic of him and his Supra.
There were a few really nice FRS’s that attended.
Retro Celica.
One of my Favorite generation Celica.
E7 Corolla. Has the same grill Emblem as I do on my wagon.
I was really suprised to see a Soarer there.
Another favorite from toyotafest, ae92 with a jdm wagon front end. I believe this one is blacktop turbo’d?
HRE AE86.
Chris’s XB!
I’m going to wrap up this post now. Stay tuned for final part!
