While I was still up in Long Beach, I decided to meet up with this guy that was holding on to the JDM Touring wagon bumper that his friend was selling me. How I got the bumper was a trip. I recieved an email one day and what it said was the guy have seen my wagon on the internet and has two jdm wagon bumpers sitting in two different places in California and he gave me a deal on the front and rear bumper for a hell of a deal that I couldn’t pass. We worked things out and I got a chance to pick up the bumper and meet a guy thats knows everything about the corolla!
After the Infamous show, here’s a link to the event coverage I did.
Awesome Mini Cooper Truck!
LS400/uf20 that caught my eye in the lot
After the show we went to the guys house to pick up my bumper, when we drove by we spotted his corolla sedan with a rare corolla FX bumper, first time seeing one in person!
The corolla was in an accident a few years ago which made the owner lose interest in the car in a way. But it still had some really nice parts on it. JDM headlights, FX bumper, rear disk brakes (which is extremely hard to find), rear EDM trunk, EDM trunk garnish, Rear tailights with built in rear fog.
Cool thing is his mom has an LS400 with JDM One piece headlights. Kinda funny since I just bought the same year LS400 and I own a corolla too haha
AND THIS IS WHAT I CAME FOR!
Good times indeed, I wish I couldve grabbed more photos of our chat and other parts but we were on a tight time schedule.
Yo thats tight! California has it all. Not many people in the states know too much about rollas
